Cat Converter - 6G Celicas Forums

Im looking for a new Cat. Converter for my 95 st. Everyone I have talked to wants like 300.00. Does anyone know where I can get one for cheaper or how I can bypass the thing. I was looking for a racing cat to but cannot find one.

Any help?!?!!?!?!?

removing the cat is environmentally irresponable >biggrin.gif> And around here anyways its a hefty fine. I dont really know where you can get a new one for cheap, would a junk yard have decent used ones?

you can probably find a universal high flow at magnaflow and have a exhaust shop weld it on

exhaust depot has High flow CATS for under $100 and basically any piping size you need.

Keep an eye out on eBay, I picked up an OBX cat convertor (I think for a 7afe corolla). Just needed to enlarge the mounting holes on the original header flange for it to fit perfect.
