a new bumper cover will cost you right around 200...and no, its not painted and it will not come with anything else.

I just looked up one of my old quotes from Toyota, just to have my bumper replaced. It cost roughly about $230.27 for the bumper alone (NOT PAINTED).
Body Labor $93.60
Paint Labor $162.00
Pant Supplies $81.00
Misc. $21.00
Total with tax : $607.81
CRAZY!!! Needless to say I passed....it was just a quote.

Seriously though, there is a place by me that sells OEM parts for way less then the dealer, They will sell a 94-95 which will fit on a 96+ for around 120. Only difference is the spot for fogs.
