Uhhh.....the bulb thingies? LoL! Its just the clear corners, no bulbs come with it, although stock ones fit fine >>

He means the housing, the part that fits into the bumper, I think he's just making sure it's not the lenses, but everything he needs (minus bulbs) for plug and play.
