I hear our speakers in the front are 8in but there's a ring around it right? So what size is the speaker itself? And what size speakers are the easiest to fit? and what about the back?

the speaker are really 6 3/4 to put 8s you will need to do a little customizing. Go to the How to page the directions are right there. >wink.gif>

You can easily put in 6 1/2's or 5 1/4's all you have to do is go on ebay and there is usually a guy selling them for $5 or something like that.
