well after waiting for parts and custom fabrication of the wastgate rod. since i had a ct26 off a supra i had to move it around a little. The car seems to run fine. i havent driven it yet (not registered) but from idle to like 3k (i didnt rev it high yet) it was cool. the turbo sounds awesome. im waitng on just two more parts to make the celica reliable. i need to buy an msd BTM, and sum kinda GM ignition adapter to use the BTM. soon though. >biggrin.gif>

awesome man, that might be something Ill do when I get a celica. Does anyone know if you can put a 3sge head on a 5sfe without modification?
Go to celica.net and find fishmen, he knows how to do the 3s head swap.

the parts i used were a ct-26 supra turbo. 3sgte manifold. i hade to make a custom downpipe. just ground down the cast steel flange an welded my own pipe one. i spliced the two coolant rails that run under the exhasut manifold for the turbo coolant. i took the oil from the pressure sending unit. bent up custom lines (brake line steel) and made a custom oil drain point using the oil dipstick. i put a Y piece on the dip stick so no need to get a 3sgte oil pan. i used 7mge yellow/green 315cc injectors very east to install. i bought a 5 inch intercooler from johnnyracecar.com bought all my piping from ebay (2 kits to make one).
got an ebay bov. i had to bent up a new wastegate rod. um... it was pretty straight forward. oh i also have denso plugs 2 step colder than stock at a .030 gap. i dont know if u notice but i had to relocate the winsheild washer fluid box, i put a universal one in so the IC pipe could go where the stock washer box was. i have a safc and 2 bar map (pim) sensor.

im not excatly done yet. i still plan to get larger exhaust all the way back line 2.5-3"

here what i payed. everyhting was (well most of it) was bought of e-bay.

turns out the turbo kinda leeks oil... the downpipe was kinda like coated on the inside. i dont know if it is like really bad or bearable long enough so i can get it rebuilt. also i have no clue how much it cost to rebuild a turbo anyone?
or is anyone selling a Good ct-26?
