my friend has a mitsu eclipse gsx and he wants too race me for 100 bucks his car is slightly moddedwith sr intake stage 2 clutch and headers he rollin 19s with extra wide tires. we rode in his car and it didnt feel any more powerful than mine. oh and by the way were racing to 120. so whattaya think go for it or pull back

take his ass to the auto x track with the 19s he has hell be slow in and out of the corners and the GSX is a heavy bitch. your advantage will be the celicas wieght and low end torque if you take it to the auto x track:)

I dunno your car but if you are running on a stock engine he's gonna waste you.
red sun is right tho celicas are very good as far as suspension/handling on turns and the low end torque you could probably take him in the autox, but depends on the drivers too
his car is only a 98 they didnt have that much horse power back then did they

Yeah, this is just an invitation for pawnage. Against a 02 Eclipse GS convertible with intake/exhuast I managed even until around 65 mph... Then it spanked me.
ok wait a minute where is the turbo on those cars he said it was somewhere hidden underneath the engine. he might be lying about this his emblems are shaved off so i really dont know what im going against it could be a baseline eclipse and i know i can beat them ive done it before
