As far as I am aware you are correct it does not come with forged internals - there was an interesting thread on this over at the UK GT-Four owners club - I will try to find it.

No they arent forged.

They are hyperutectic ...idk how to spell it.

Maybe wrong but I think the ST185 comes with standard cast pistons

I believe the st185 or any of the 3S-GTE motors have forged pistons.
