The top scoop part is. Has side screws that you can pop out and decline or recline. I can't see it making much difference though unless you're competing for land speed records >> I think the degree that it moves is only a fraction up or down.

I've got no spoiler also and I love the way the coupe looks without it, maybe that's just because that's the way I've been looking at my car for the past 5 years though...
