What should i use to clean my turbocharger.. Its a little dirty and has oil on it... I would like to clean it up real nice be4 i use it... Does anyone suggest nething???? And is it safe to get it into the shaft??.. Like will i be able to clean the whole turbo or just the housings?? Thanks

Use the good ol' brake clean. That stuff will eat anything and just evaporates. I think it might be safe to use but you should probably get a second opinion.

Also there is already a layer on there to prevent rust.. So what can I use just to clean it up a little, from the gunk and oil but not hurt the turbo or get the fear that it will make it rust.. i know i cant use water because that will cause rust.. So Some1 must know >>
