im keepin with the trends here, heehee. This month we discuss "Spoilers"....
Note: similar poll as in my cardomain site. I know some are highly against wings, but i forgot to add the "undecided, but definitely do NOT get an aluminum wing" option. so if you feel that way, pick "none" (u would like my car as is rather than with a wing) or choose another option. Also please post feedback if you have other ideas. Here's a pic of my naked hatchback....

I was the first to vote, WOOT!
Guess the decision has been made, it says 100% CF. Looks like that's what you should get.
Although i would go with the TRD spoiler.

im not particularly a huge fan of them but with the kit and the underbodys and all the glow, a black aluminum spoiler would probably look pretty cool, just a simple single deck low wing.

I think your car looks fine without a wing... in fact it looks great; but my only complaint is that muffler with the dual tips pointing upward. doesn't work with the 'flow' of the car IMHO.

no spoiler is needed. looks great. if anything id say get a stock or stock w/ gt4 lifters.

I think you should do the GT-4 wing extentions with the stock two post wing. I would so sweet with an all black car like yours and mine >>

i vote for side skirts and a rear lip or bumper...that front just doesn't look right w/o any other GFX... >>

On your car, I would go with the JSP 'Blade' CF spoiler. if they weren't huge, I might think of getting one!

side skirts, please dont get the veilside rear and then a carbon fiber wing if you want one at all. Also not a fan of the muffler's upward tips but very nice car. check out the rotara cf wing flows really well with the line of the hatch.

Im with everyone else, your car looks great, but if i were you i would go for sideskirts and maybe a bumper for flow......then some springs for the drop >> Personally i really like the a$$ of your car without the spoiler, looks really sleek. But thats my opinion, if you really want a fin go for the GT-4 or the stock 2-post spoiler.

It looks far too plain with no wing. The only car that looks good with no wong or spoiler on the back is a Corvette.

check out the hiro kit, the spoiler on the kit looks pretty nice, maybe a little big, but it still looks good. If not keep the look of your car or gt-4 posts, and IMHO the aluminum wing dosen't really flow with the car, the celica has to many curves to have an aluminum wing, but to each his own >>

I'd either go with the two post with the GT-4 posts, or with the style 754 Invader style wing. It's kind of a mix betweent the TRD and Hiro wings, and it's readily available in the US. I want this wing so badly that I've thought about buying it and trying to get a body shop to mold it to my car. Here's what it looks like:



Of course, if you could afford to import a TRD or a Hiro or a Forgmann wing, I'd say get one of those. >>

I think that before you get a wing, you should get a rear bumper and side skirts though. It'd make the car look complete, even without a wing. >>

now then.....should i just get the invader sideskirts or should i try and do a custom 5th gen on 6th gen (with the side scoop, etc.) like neverstop was suggesting....... >>

Yea do the side skirts first. Our cars look hella sweet even without a wing as long as they got a body kit on.

I like the 3 post, it's what I've got. I guess the only difference between the 2 and 3 post stock spoilers is the 2 post is lower?? Yeah I agree on the lowering thing, your car would look sweet lowered a couple inches. I'm thinkin about doing it soon.
