I just bought my 99 celica and i'm thinking to fixing it up..but i'm not quite sure what 2 buy first.(rims, body kit..etc.)..i would really appreciate it if u guys can give me some advice...thanx

If you're going for looks, I'd start with rims/springs, and then get the kit later.
rims first body kit kinda looks weird if you have steelies

I agree with everyone so far in here. Get the rims and springs. That should make your "already sexy 6g celi" even sexier. Then later on shop around and take your time for the kit. There's not much around Celica kit wise (unless you have the $$$$) so its best to window shop until you see something you know will match your car/rims.
The one thing about putting springs and lowering before putting kits on though - you have to make sure your skirts or front bumper isn't too low. Otherwise you run into scratching the skirts or cracking the bumber lips. But usually all depends on how much of a low-rider you want and how flat the surface of the roads/driveways are in your locale.

I definately agree. Rims first. It looks wierd to have a body kit and no rims.
