WERD

=(
actually there were a few 6g awd in us.
they used st185 3sgte. they stopped
them because not cost efficient. no one
would pay 30,000+ for a celica. so they
pulled them immediately.

apparently there were a few 4WS celicas (currens) released in the UK (possibly/probably Japan too)

I dunno about the UK, but in Japan the ST203 (Celica) came with a 3SFE and 4WS. I believe there was also a Curren model with 4WS, but I'm not sure about the model number.

oh ok... back when I was doing some curren searches on google, I kept coming up with these crazy european sites (ie, the language looked practically like heiroglyphics or cuneiform) but noticed 3s-fe and a few with 3s-ge and 4ws...
FRONT WHEEL sucks in the snow...boy did i find that out today
Actually, FWD is many, many times better than RWD in snow. Believe me. You have the weight of the engine on top of the wheels that send the power to the ground, hence it being better.
i know i know, my friend has a 280z, and driving with him in that thing last night was scary...but i'd rather have AWD is what i meant...but i get what you are saying..
