I whana know tht what is going to be better...2 options:

1, getting a turbo in my ST with 7afe engine!
2, or should i get a 3sgte engine?

cuz engine costs alot less then a turbo and i don;t know wht parts i need and how much will it cost me to get the engine installed!!!
