i really really am thinking of gettin rid of my celica.. i need an everyday car that i can park places.. but i want something new and fast, the only way to do that is... obviously sell my car now and make alot of $ lol.. i was thinking of the RX-8.. and paint it the same color as my celica, and modd it up a bit...

RX-8 is slow. For the $28000 it costs, go get an Sti or Evo...where it'll just kick the crap outta most anything out there.

RX8 is awesome, the STi and EVO are everywhere already.

BUT!!! working on a rotary engine has to be hard, and im not sure how much further you can take that engine...lemme know >>

new and fast: Well you can always change something with your celica to make it look different

Have you driven an RX8/Sti/Evo? The Rx-8 may look nice, yes. However its completely under-powered. The interior is pretty good. Looks good but thats about it. The Evo has NO interior. Its basically a 4 dr race car. Very simply, very cheap looking. Its fast tho, The Sti has a nice interior, and a nice 300hp engine...but doesnt come with a radio...easy fix because you'd probably endup going custom.

Theres a reason you dont see the Rx-8 everywhere, because its overpriced for what it is.

ya that rx8 is def slow. 5.9 in 0- 60? - cheap

i cant really park becuz of vandalizm, if i get my car keyed.. i gotta practically paint the whole car just for a small area, becuz the color is almost impossible to match, so if i paint one spot,it wont match the rest of the car, 2nd, everything is molded, so if someone backs into me everything will crack, 3rd theft...... lol the system alone... >>

If you really want to get all the $$$ out that you put in, start hanging around dangerous intersections where old ladies drive, and hopefully one will plow into you, and insurance is usually pretty good about paying for mods as long as you have receipts.
