You should give more details about your car:)
>> now about the FMIC i dont think it will be a problem but to be 100% sure have a check on your engine and make a plan of the FMIC:)

front mount intercooler wont be a problem, and top mount shouldn't either. they have a strut bar on st205's and st185's.

I could be wrong, but I think DG Performance makes a 2-point strut bar that will work for the ST. Go with DG if he has an option for you.
