To all those who have ordered the VIS Vented Sideskirts through PayPal, i have filed a claim and also wrote the customer support an e-mail so hopefully we can get a response. I told them our situation and HOPEFULLY they can disregard that 30 day policy for this once since more than one person was affected. I will get back to you guys once i get a response from them.

What happened is that nobody has gotten their VIS sideskirts from the group buy after depositing 190 dollars to Sean. He doesnt respond back to his e-mails, doesnt answer his phone, and from what Tim wrote in the GB thread in the off topic section, it seems as if he disconnected his phone line or something like that. If anybody who has payed through PAYPAL e-mail customer service, and tell him YOUR situation, im sure PayPal will do something about it.

I've talked to Sean before when I had my 6GC. I've deposited the 190$ to him for the Sideskirts. Sean notified me that the sideskirts were behind in production but guaranteed me the first or second set. I then traded in my '97 Celica for my new Celica and told Sean I had no need for the Sideskirts. Sean said my sideskirts already shipped and that he will get them redirected somewhere else, which i'm guessing he did. Sean then offered me to buy something from him for my '00 GTS Celica with the 190$ he already had or I could take a full refund, and Sean gave me my Injen CAI for 190$/shipped.
I had no problems with him, and got my CAI within 2 weeks. He's hard to get a hold of though, there's someone else on here I was talking to that dealt with Sean alot easier than I could.

yea, those sideskirts were forwarded to mistisokid, who returned them b/c sean promised to fix the fitment problem, after the sideskirts were returned was when this all started going down.

the problem is we dont know if sean actually moved the money along to VIS or not... someone involved who sent their money should give vis a call up and confirm if vis recieved their money.
i would do it, but i dont think they would give me any info because i have no money involved.
