fyi i didnt rush, but i attended the party because my best friend is a brother for PiKE and invited us for the end of the year party. which was a graffiti party. lots of fun and an experience i will never forget

That looks like the walkway between Treasure Island and Mandalay Bay.
Actually I think you're right- sort of. Treasure Island is at the north end of the strip, but Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur are all connected. We were staying in The Luxor so the picture was taken on the escalator/conveyer belt walkway that connects the three hotels together.
