Photos of Front Extensions? - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #13040 32 posts Started by Coomer
I'm wondering if anyone has any more pictures of non-SS-III front extensions for the sixth generation Celica. These are all I've been able to find so far today, and I'd like some more pics from any and all angles so that I can decide what I want to do to my car next.

Thanks. >smile.gif>

I found some more photos of the extensions, but if anyone has any more, I'd be happy to see them. >smile.gif>

In particular, I'm kind of interested in how they mount to the car. >smile.gif>

Anyway, here are some of the good pics that I found.

Hey Coomer, don't know if you can wait a little longer, but mine goes into the shop on wed. I should have pics by next friday when it's finished. Mine need some modifications to it. I got the set that had fitment problems. >frown.gif>

Check Doge's profile out, he's got the other front extensions for the SSIII.
WOOPS....misread the NON SSIII part. My bad, ignore what I posted! lol >biggrin.gif>
hey coomer, if you wanna see how they mount to the car i have them uninstalled in my garage and i can snap a few pics for ya, they essentially have three bolt spaces where the factory bumper bolts are on the underside of the bumper

Those are the Zephyr/Z-Glide/Erebuni 404 skirts. They have many names.

no...the stock sides dont have the extended panel towards the rear (doesnt go as high) and are not quite as dramatic in the curvature

i think they are different versions of stock because if u notice the yellow one has them as well.

ok. first of all there are 2 types of stock sideskirts. the shallow one (seen in the US) and the deeper one (only in Japan). the 404 style is modeled after the deeper (Japan only) set but has some differences. as for the extensions, there were 3 types of non-gtfour extensions in Japan. the ones that Coomer is asking pictures for (94-95), ones often refered to as SS-III (96-98), and a third more shallow front lip that fits the 96+ bumper. I hope that cleared things up.

also all of these parts were available as dealer option. which means they were dealer installed if you shell out the extra cash.
