Just out of interest what rough weight advantage would you get if you changed
to ultra lite rims (say mille miglia or similar) from standard alloy rims?

This is another issue the weight of the wheel.
But i`m sure that my car will go faster if i loose some kilos:) >> >> >>

what size of rims are you plannin to buy? sure you ll have an advantage. but not too much. buy rims that looks good. it doesnt matters a few kilos.

I disagree with Tufy on This one. My GT4 has some very heavy 17s (23kilos rim with tyre). When i put a different set on my car that weighted 17 kgs the car felt a lot different and was much quicker. Is not the weight overall of the car but i believe the resistance for the tyre to spin is much lower with lighter rims and tyres.
