caliper removal - 6G Celicas Forums

is it only the 2 screws in the back of the caliper that i have to remove, and what size nut are they thanks
i believe they are 14mm i cant remember off hand
yeah thats all they should be, but just keep in mind not to let them hang by the line.. and just take a hand full of sockets and try see witch one fits.. dang are we lazzy.. j/k
17 i memorized it...for some odd reason, actually ive noticed most toyotas use 17...wierd

I don't know if its 17.. I think they are 15 from when I did my swap.
different on GT and ST?

well for the rear swap I did the bolts were 15 that came with the calipers
Are you talking about just replacing the pads? You only need to take off the bottom bolt and swing them up.

thats strange... i have to use the combo of a 15 and a 13 or a 15 and a 17 when working on mine. and i have no clue what this bottom bolt is...wish i did.

btw, i could use one, but to keep the 2nd of 2 bolts on one set-up from turning i need something to hold it in place.
