A junkyard is gonna be the cheapest. The tachometer alone list price is $467.22.

Try pulling off the tach needle reconnect the cluster and turn on the key. Then pull the cluster and reinstall the needle at zero. It sounds like you may have twisted the tach when you pulled off the needle and it wasn't at zero when you reinstalled it. I can't help with the others, I've never messed with them.
I'd look into buying this. I think that even if you got the needles back on, they'd never be perfect again.

New Toyota project coming soon...
i have instrument cluster for sale if you want one, it has around 180k miles on the tach. pm me if interested
hey does the instrument panel matter if u have a st or GT and if ur car is 94-95 or 96-99???
thankz coomer i placed a bid on it hopeully thought its 96 it will fit on my 94
It should fit. I think that there are only two different USDM clusters...one for automatics and one for five-speeds. >smile.gif>

The only difference might be that the auto cluster has the "O/D" worded.
