will fenders still clear an offset of +52. mags are 18s and come off a wrx?¿? >confused.gif>
and what is the proper offset for our cars if different?
thnx rick
You might need spacers- but aren't WRX's a 4 bolt pattern?
actually there 5/100. im just scared it may rub the fenders...
Rubbing on the fenders will not be the issue - its rubbing on the suspension components that you will need to worry about.

oh! i really didnt think of that. so what is the ideal offset for this car?
How wide is your wheel? If its 7", the ideal offset is about 38-43.

unless you want your wheels to stick out a little.. just a little >smile.gif> I think it looks kinda good on our rallyish cars from the back.
well the mags r 18 by 7.5 with an offset of +52. came from a wrx.

52 is probably a little too much, but I could be wrong. I know Subaru's run pretty odd offsets by design, more than other cars can accomodate.
I didn't buy some Volk wheels because they were +48 offset and designed for the Subaru. If you get them and they dont work, you could always buy wheel spacers and lug extensions if necessary. I think it depends on how good of a deal you're getting and how much you like the wheels compared to other options. See this thread for more info:

I have 48 offset with no no rubbing. I think 52 might be pushing it though.
