OK, so i was pulling out my waverunner today and had the car shut off, e brake on, in 1st in my 94 gt 5sp. as soon as i put the ski on the trailer, the car rolled back like a foot, scaring the crap out of me. i pulled the e brake up but it was all the way up. is there a way i can tighten it up? this is the only time it's ever done this, and i know the cable is good.

Remove the rear drum/rotors, depending on what you got and there is a dial on the bottom behind the shoes. That is the adjuster. PM wiht your MSN and I'll send you a PDF from the shop manual that'll tell you exactly how to do it.

you can also line up the hole in the rotor to adjust the dial so you don't need to take it off. Drums might have the hole on the backing plate, I'm not sure.

yeah they do but its a pain in the neck to adjust

Try using this thread to adjust ur e-brake. Look at the second to last post my Andason. You might find this to come in handy. >>
