Can anyone PLEASE make a list of all the necessary parts? This is something I want to go through with but I need to gather the parts. I want to have it done by winter or spring too. If anyone has a list, I'd be grateful.

-Clutch Master cyl.
-Slave cyl.
-New clutch
-Clutch metal fluid lines
-Rubber clutch line
-Flywheel bolts
-Pressure plate bolts
-Clutch pedal assy.
-Manual brake pedal assy.
-Tranny fluid
-Brake fluid for clutch
Edit, you are probably going to also need a new radiator as well. Not sure what the differences are but when you buy a radiator you have to specify whether you have an auto or a manual.

I did the swap about a year ago... that looks like the list that i used and have posted many times before. You do not need a new radiator. I have no idea why you would think that.
Try to get everything you can from junkyards and things. Especially the shifter linkage and assebly, since those are expensive. But there are some things like the flywheel bolts and pressure plate bolts that you need to get new from toyota. If you get a flywheel from a junkyard, get it machined.

You also might need a manual tranny ECU also. I've heard many a things about the auto ecu working or not working on different cars, with varying problems... it'll be the safest route to get an m/t ECU also.

unfortunately, nobody has done a write up on this yet. i've constantly asked everyone in any trans swap thread to do one, nobody wants to volunteer the time.
there is a write up on toyotacelicaonline.com, but it's for a 5th gen ST i believe.
im still using the auto ecu after the swap. The only problem i have is that the check engine light is always on now. My mechanic said its b/c the ecu is trying to varify some trans code and gets something else.
well, i cant do a write up since all i did was gather parts, research a reputable shop, and then gave it to them and waited. Im not sure who did the swap by themselves, but i figure a simple write up might be very difficult since there are new pedals to mount and some wiring to be done as well as routing new linkages and things. Sort of why no one has done a 3s swap write up...

OK TOMORROW OR ACUALLY THIS MORNING WHEN I WAKE UP, i will post pics of all the parts you need. They are laying in my garage. I have them all and will be doing a swap starting sunday, on the 4th. hopefully i will finish on wednesday, but we will see.
btw i have a shifter unit for sale for $50, stock knob, shifter, the housing and the clutch spring and pin.
