Im pretty sure we could prove you guilty by saying that, especially since that is a lot more unbelievable...

So heres a website to check stock quarter mile times/0-60 speeds. Here's what it said:

1999 Honda Civic Si 7.2 15.70

First time is 0-60, second is quarter mile.

13 stock...guilty
