all right I know someone else has posted this somewhere but I couldn't find it so here it goes:

I have always ran regular in my car but I was thinking about running premium how should I change to that could I go straight to premium or would that be a system shock?

you can go straight premium.. check your owners manual >> us GTs have apparently ALWAYS supposed to use premium.
