On the 5sfe its where the stock unit is. Looking at the engine its on the right side just below the valve cover. On your 3sgte it may be on the back half of the motor cause your placement of the motor.

im also installing an oil pressure guage and water temp gauge. So i just T off the stock pressure sending unit and install the new one?
What about the water temp. I searched and found conflicting feedback: one said there was already a hole for an aftermarket temp gauge, another said to T off from the stock temp sensor, andother said to make a T off of the hose and tap a hole for the new temp sensor. Which one is correct?
