Those are just install kits, which you don't appear to need. For the harness, you'll need to go to a junkyard and find any wrecked Toyota from '88 or newer I think, and cut off the stereo harness. Then you'll solder that onto your cut wires on your car, and buy a Toyota stereo wiring harness from Best Buy or wherever and then solder that onto your deck harness, then it all plugs together.
When I had my friend install my cd player way back in the day, he cut off my stock harness and crimped everything together. A few months ago I finally got around to fixing it, just for peace of mind and easier installs and stuff. It's well worth it, and the guy at the junkyard just let me take the harness after I cut it out of the car.
New Toyota project coming soon...
Are you talking about the little metal brackets on each side that hold the extra slot and the head unit together and in place?

Salvage yard, almost any Toyota radio from any car with a double DIN opening will work, was looking at an Avalon the other day, same exact factory stereo as my Celica, and depending on your car, they may have just missed it, if yours had an external amp from the factory, your car harness plugs into that, (mounted low on the center hump, behind the climate control, 2 blue plugs on the bottom side) and there was a single white plug from the amp that went up to the radio
All you have to get is get the color coding for the deck and the car and match them up. It's not very hard at all if you know how to twist and splice wires.
