i have a pioneer head unit and everytime i put a cd in, it would spin for a little bit then show an error 10 message. i was told that it meant the cd player was dirty so i bought a cleaning disk but it does not work. i tried cleaning it several times and still get the message. does anyone know what else it could be?

"ERROR-10, ERROR-11, ERROR-12, ERROR-14, ERROR-17, ERROR-30, ERROR-AO {caused by electrical or mechanical problem} What to do.......TURN THE IGNITION ON AND OFF - OR SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SOURCE, THEN BACK TO THE CD PLAYER."
