The GT-Four vent in the center was coming along fine, but trying to mold '98-'01 Integra turn signals into the bumper didn't go so well. After cutting out the holes for the turn signals and drilling a couple hundred small holes(good thing the pic is so small so you can't see them. >>) so that the fiberglass can stick to the bumper, I put the turn signals in there and decided to just set the bumper on the car to see how it would look.

I then realized that the Integra clear corners are far too wide...the back of the turn signal housing hits the aluminum crash-reinforcement bar. I took the bar off temporarily just to see how it could've looked with the turn signals, and the back of the housings still hit the frame where the reinforcement bar bolts to.

So now I'm temporarily driving around with two large cutouts surrounded by hundreds of tiny holes, and a bit cutout in the center with some fiberglass hanging back from it. Then the turn signal bulbs are zip-tied through a couple of the holes I drilled to hold them in place. It looks really bad, and probably will for a while until I can get a stock front bumper painted and put on there.

Oh well, at least its a lesson to always measure before you start cutting and drilling...I didn't even think about the fact that the turn signals might hit the frame.

that fu**ing sucks.

I have 2 front front bumpers at home. Both came of a 94 st.

i say try fiberglassing or get a new bumper. the integra ligths probably are not going to work

coomer, if you want to make them vents and put other turn signals under them, you can use the supra turn signals. I think they'll fit fine, but i'm not 100% sure. But it's something to consider.

hey atleast now you can play around and try different things and if you screw it up to bad you know theres a gt bumper that you can fall back on

btw IMO those cavalier "bumper lights" would look good, and are you just going to fix up the other wholes and put some mesh in there?

coom, make the vent in what place, and put the smaller turns in the vents. just like i did with my 95 bumper, made some sort of vents in the turns holes, and used custom made turn signals.

As about the turn signal, i made them from nothig, so if you be interested i will tell you how >>

But otherwise i recomend you getting some cheap white turns and trying to mold the vent just that they could fit.
