Can't somebody put rewiring the harness on the sticky since some people already have done the swap.

It's not something that can just be written up in a few minutes...it would take a very long time since it's very difficult to do and involves a lot of work.
Lagos and DG may write up a how-to on the swap, including much of the wiring necessary for the swap.

Also, there are 3 different ST185 ECU's and then on top of that there is the ST harness and the GT harness.
IMO the wiring is the hazing you get before you get to enjoy the swap.
