Here are some pics of my muffler that i got on my car.
A little info on it first, It cost me $80 total.
$40 to remove it from a friends car and have his old muffler put back on.
$40 to have my stock muffler taken off and this one put on.
Not too bad of a deal if you ask me! >biggrin.gif>

Looks good Neipas. Nice job. And a good deal too!! >smile.gif>

How much would that exhaust run anyways? I need to change mine...I don't like the way it looks now.
If i remember right (kinda hard since i've had sleep), the last time i went to Tanabe's website they were selling it for like $500-600. I think ebay is anywhere from $300-500. Just depends on if you buy it from a wholesaler or someone that is trying to get rid of it. I know one things is for sure, if i was to get a Greddy SP exhaust i would have them cut that muffler off and put my tanabe on.
Since Im in cali Im afraid to have a big muffler like that. When my cousin had his on his civic he got pulled over countless times for it.
one question though, why is it that there is so much dirt that gathers behind the license plates on celicas???
Because when your tires kick up any dust, it shoots straight at the bumper, and if you open up the little compartments where the jack and whatever on the other side are, you will find the same dust.

If you have a muffler with a 6" tip then i could see you gettin pulled over all the time. But my muffler only has a 3" tip and i've never been bothered about it.
I have two tips. Both are 4.5". thank god for Alabama!
Dual exhaust???

eh, yuck! >thumbsdown.gif>
i don't think that duel look flows with our cars. i got the Apex'iN1 and it sounds low and not even loud at all, the only thing i don't like is the hole at the bottom of the tip for where you screw the resonator in.
Well, to each his own. Personally, I love it. And, it doesn't sound like rice.
Thanks forkee, love the sig by the way! >biggrin.gif>
