He has the best MKIV conversion I've ever seen.

IMO, dont do it.

easiest way to do it is to get a MK4 rear bumper and mate that up with the celica rear.. instead of trying to install the MK4 lights on the celica rear.... someone was selling a conversion a while back on here.. think it might of been DGPerformance but not sure.. it looked pretty good
