I've been looking into the ED Type Blitz Front Bumper (See Picture Here http://www.extremedimensions.com/shopexd.asp?id=3392 ). Does anyone know how well it fits, etc.?

If you want the Blitz kit to fit you have to either cut the blitz fender off or cut your stock fender off. There's no way around this since the both sit in the same place and there is noway to bend either one enough without it breaking.
OK, well that's stupid on Blitz's part. Oh, well
No it doesn't hang low, about same height as side-skirts.
... its not made my Blitz either, actually its not an offical Blitz Kit, its molded by ED themselves and its a "Blitz Styled", so its poor job by ED. Someone was shhhmokin before they molded the fender area.

It is if you don't mind cutting your fenders.
I would do it if i had that kit.
