I just bought a 94 Celica ST, its a automatic, i am curious about how long does it takes to accelerate from 0~60mph. Did anybody know about that?

I went to the track once when I had a home-made CAI, and I did 0-60 in 7.3 I think it was with my ST.

I just looked, A 94 gt says its 8.5 0-60, so I'm thinking 9 for the ST before mods...damn slow, but it sounds realistic

is there any official record? like from Toyota company itself? many cars have that, but i cant find for my celica. but it should b around 8~9sec, coz mine is an automatic >>

It might not be a 1/4 mile, but at least our cars can do something under 10secs. >>

I ran my car STOCK with the back seats taken out = 8.5

I ran my car MODIFIED with a 12 inch Polk/Momo Sub = 6.9

(modifications in profile, bla bla bla))))

Myne ST run 0-60 in 8.2 (it was my best run), and it only has a CAI and exhaust mod.

anyone know how much a trd short shifter would improve that time?more than any other 200$ish mod?cuz less time shifting...or maybe im insanee....ehehehe
