Well guys, a few days ago my system suddenly turned off... today i decided to check the amp fuses and low and behold, 1 was blown, and the other i blew when taking it out >rolleyes.gif> (2: 20 fuses) Well i just tried to put 2 new 20's in and even with the car off and no key in the ignition, a spark lights up when trying to put them in and even when they are in... no luck >frown.gif> it does not work... i hope i dont have to get rid of this amp, all brand new stuff, been in car for only a few weeks!

Suggestions/ Solutions? Thanks guys... obviously you know a lot more than me
Check to make sure your power wire is not grounding some where, also check your speaker wires are not shorting to the car, or to each other.
Make sure you , he said, The power wire goes to the power in the amp, and ground to gorund. It sounds stupid, but I know I have croosed them a ton of times.. and I have been doing wireing for 4 years. Also check the ground. ALso your amp could be blown.
1. check all fuses...even a slight touch from a fuse to the amp can blow it
2.check the power wire...even tho the amp is off power is still there..
3. ground cannot be longer then 3 feet long and get rid of all paint on it

thanks guys... ill check this all out very soon and if all else fails ill take it into an audio shop... i just hope the amp is not blown >frown.gif>
