get a new one...the radiator is too important to the life of your engine, to do any ghetto fixes on it.

theres tons of putties and such to pure in or paste on, but Like lagos said, its way to important, get a new one... its not worth takening chances.. also the puttys and stuff bearly ever work/last....
i actually tried sealing a cracked radiator.. the leak was really small like maybe 5 drips a day... so i decided to seal it with some industral strength glue.. but it didnt work. so get a new radiator, glueing it won't work.
if u need to use ur car before u can get a new one crack an egg into the radiatior. it seals it up. it really does work, i saw it on a tv show about cars

hahahha i was soo going to say the egg thing....i seen it on a mcgiuer(sp?) show once.....he had a old jeep on only rims...he fixed with a egg then hopped in the rail road tracks to drive haha
You don't need to replace the entire radiator.. just the ceramic top and bottom 'tanks' that are attached to the aluminium core. Doesn't cost much.
