what is done with the accessories like AC and power steering? is the alternator moved the the front of the engine?

also, i need a new clutch disk, or so i think. can i get a confirmation before i spend a ton of money on a new one? are the performance clutches thinner/more durable/last longer? will any clutch disk for an MR2 work with this pressure plate or do i have to get a whole new kit?
