Beware of this guy. I sent him $70 for a driver side fender and it's been more than a month now, no replies from him. never got anything back. last time i heard he said he'll ship it ,but fedex doesn't have his account. and he'll work on it and if it doesn't go through, he'll drive here to CA. but no replies eversince a month now.

If you payed him with Credit card throught paypal you can contact your creditcard company.
If his receiving email address is paypal verified then you can submit claim through paypal. Paypal will slowly try to get your money back. If it is not verified then they'll do almost nothing.
If you have his contact then you can try contacting the law enforcement agency in his area. Maybe they'll do something.
