Neoklis looks that you father has done a very good job.
But i dont like it.You cant say that its professional cut.
You should remove it or try to paint it or make the cut smoother. >biggrin.gif>

Sometimes we live to beat the odds.-Ryanaim: rkgreen04
when air coomes in through the front and into the radiator/intercooler air goes straigh and it will go up through the whole that the plate covers.....that plate makes it so all the air goes straight through thus cooling more
i see red X's, but i was planning on custom making a carbon fiber panel
Magic, its not finished yet and not installed either. and it sure needs a bit of sanding too to clear the edges. Nevertheless, i believe it will be quite o.k in the end. Then i will decide if i am going to paint it.
If someone want cooling panel from Carbon Fiber or Kevlar, let me know, im making them... >biggrin.gif>

Your father did realy great job neoklis. as you know i was thinking to have custom made cooling panel something like yours. when i took this aliminium part to a shop to make me that panel they told me that ' we dont have time to work on this' and if you find some one to make it they ll take so much money better buy the one from maikl. he wants to sell his panel because he has and st 202 and his pannel is for st 205 >smile.gif>

Neoklis i think its worth the money >smile.gif>
well considering true CF pieces are baked to give them there strength it should hold up nicely.

Hey Tufy, i talked to Maikl. he meant CYP50. If you want to buy his i will consider buying the other one selling for CYP30 from the motorsport mania guy.
Anyway, after plenty of cutting and fitting, i ended up with a small piece which fits between the bumper and the body in front of the radiator. A couple of pieces of double face tape and its finished. Yes its not a C-ONE but it does the same work, its thicker piece of aluminum so you dont get burned when you try to open the hood after driving for a while, it costed me absolutely $0. I am bringing 3 sets of lambo door kits so i don't have money to spare. Anybody interested in Cyprus for a lambo door kit? get it while its hot. If i put it on my car first and then you decide you want one, be sure your not getting it cost as i will have faced all dangers of importing and custom duties and taxes.
Neoklis good luck with your new project >tongue.gif> i cant wait to see it >smile.gif>
