I believe the bumper extensions some people are talking about are these shown below. They were an option available for the Japanese Celica SS-III. Now for the bad news! I've already inquired about getting these through a dealer. They are no longer in stock and are no longer in production. The ones that K2 (Tim) are making are actually a different style that was also available. I actually have these and will be putting them on my car next month.

These are the pieces that I have, shown on the white and silver Celicas. As you can see they are different, but were also available for the Celica from the dealer. The Japanese Toyota dealers have all the good stuff.

I love those, but would rather have the HIRO looking ones.

I like the HIRO fronts better since they wrap around more and make it look more like a bodykit.

How is K2 gonna make it? What will he use for his mold?

That still doesn't really explain how your gonna make them and what kinda quality they are gonna be.
ahh, forgive me. my grandparents have a mold and pattern making shop located in PA. i will simply fit the parts i bought from joe to my car, then send them to my grandparents to get a mold made of them. voila!! theyve been in the business for decades but never make anything for automotives. they deal mainly with plastics, urethane, metal, wood, and on the occasion fiberglass. this is the same way the taillight covers and emblems and anything else i produce will be made.
PS. due to the lack of the ability to injection mold, the rear extensions will NOT be able to be made from urethane. so dont ask! sorry. >

EDIT: and could a mod PLEASE fix the topic of the thread from "bumber" to bumper, thank you! it was bugging me! lol
