Theres no formala man, all you do is hang tough, be with the people who matter. Theres no BS here its going to hurt for a long time but take it for what its worth what it was and how you felt during its existence. Its part of your history and its nothing you should be ashamed or look poorly upon. One thing to remember is that there is someone who will make her look like much less out there and its only a matter of time before you find her.

Hey John I hope that everything works out for the best. Just give it time and go hang with the guys or go for a nice long drive anywhere. Getting your mind off of her is easy if you let it, just try to think of other things. I know that it is hard but the sooner you forget about it (really hard) the sooner you will be okay.
