Whats so stupid abotu that turbo setup? I think its a pretty good deal..care to fill us in Neipas why its stupid?
I was wondering if it was possible to buy two turbos for the 3S-GTE engine and convert it to a twin turbo set-up. Any info is appreciated.
Inferno, do you think twin turbo is better than single turbo setup?

It can be. (and usually is)
twin turbo's are only useful on larger engines. Lag would be really bad on say... the 7a if you tried to use a small and a large turbo.
i have seen the twin turbo setup on one of my friends dsm, pretty quick.
I was thinking about for after I got the 3S-GTE...and I think I stated that. Either way, maybe if there were two small to medium turbos rather than a large single turbo, it would work faster, I think. Is it possible?

or maybe he's just making a random statement that he loves people that are stupid >tongue.gif>

no, it's not. if it is, tell me why supra owners upgrade to 1 big turbo instead of 2 all the time.

That turbo setup, totally ghey! How you gonna buy some shizt like that off ebay when he doesn't tell you if it is working? Oh wait you can't! Cause he probly stole the parts off a car in a junk yard and doesn't even know if they work. So hence the term, Stupid People Are Funny!

Sorry, brian, no pics, I moved recently and haven't talked to my friends in a llllloooonnnnngggg time. But I too am a former dsm owner and major enthusiast as well, and I didn't believe it until I saw it. It beat the hell outta mine.
i wouldn't buy a used turbo from e-bay. Far too many things could be wrong. I would buy a new one though.... >smile.gif>
