when you guys bought your cars what where you comparing it to? for me it was either my celica, 98 GS eclipse, or a 98 tiburon. I chose my celica because it is soo much sexier than the other cars.

It was either a 96' Maxima SE or 96 eclipse. But eclipses seem to have to many problems.

Back in the day before I got the Celica I was considering a 200SX, older 240SX, or a 3rd gen. Integra. I'm so glad I got the Celica instead of those cars. >>

Supra, MR2, Integra, 300ZX, 2.5RS, WRX.
all turbo ideas got killed by rents.
2.5RS was nowhere to be found, and the integra...well, no GS-R's or Type R's that were nice

near the end it was down to the celi or the eclipse. But it wasnt really a choice, since there was no way my dad would let me get anything but a toyota/lexus.

i went to buy a 98 Ram 1500. lift, mud tires, duals. AWESOME!!!

they sold it the morning i went to pick it up(after i told them not to sell it)
that night i saw the Celica and picked it up the next day.

Honda Civic DX Hatch, I did so much researching with their jdm engines & hybrids for nothing, bleh. In a way I hate that I researched all the info for nothing so I been thinking of also getting me the DX Hatch & commit to that first since its cheaper to modify & bigger aftermarket.

mine was between celica/eclipse as well, crankwalk scared me off, that and loving my friends 6 gen

97 or newer Prelude... kinda wish I went that route now because the money I saved with the celi will now be blown out the window with the higer millage it had and the matinance it now needs... >> i still say my celi is sexier though >>

Either a DSM, 5th gen, or 6th Gen...... 6th gens are the best looking cars on the road.... so thats what I went for.....

I thought about getting a 2003 tiburon but every place I called had already sold what they had etc. But Im glad I found my Celica! Love @ first site awwww The dealer dude wanted me to buy this red 96 eclipse but well...I obviously didnt get it >>

ow man i wish i had an extra 2gs to buy a 1997 + prelude V-tir model.
I love preludes soooooo much, i think soon as i save up a bit of money im gonna sell me celica and buy a prelude!!!

ow the celica is good, but it aint no prelude with crazy vtec, and ive only had my celica for like a 3months but i need more power already.

i also wanted a 300zx or a FTO but parents didnt want me having an import or a turbo in the 300s case.

well with the GT.. I aslo looked at and 98 A4 1.8T... (wanted what i once had...) and also looked at a Civic Si ... (but didn't want to make car payment) so i went back to the first car i found that i was looking for 95 Celica GT - Fully loaded... only spent 50 bucks out of pocket..
