3x the price of the item(s) stolen
the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.
no, im talking time limits, like for rape, you only have so many months to press charges against the offender....im wondering if there's anything like that for retail theft.
.. because you shoplifted?
Try findlaw.com, I'm not sure if they will have the specific statutes of limitations for your particular issue, but they have a lot of information.
no, i never shoplifted, its complicated, and im not really in any trouble, but it got me thinking, so i was just curious about it.
You can tell us, it's person posting on web board - people posting on web board privelage.
its nothing big, i just took some lottery tickets from the gas station i worked at, and they got pissy and fired me. i paid them back, but they were talking about pressing charges, so im just wondering if they can do it anytime, or if they have to do it within a certain time frame...and yes, i know dumb choice, im over it. i like my new job much better.
Dude, you stole LOTTO TICKETS? thats weak; what did you expect to happen if you won?
