EDIT : the red lenses for the celicas are about $8 each. I would assume the Tundra ones are similar in price.

On my Stealth I had red door lenses too. The clear lense from the light in the trunk was a direct replacement (I already tried this on the celica) I am sure that some toyota has the same size ones in clear. Just a matter of finding out which one and where...
