Hey, it did change! Hmm...maybe we should have everyone get their high-res photo that they want in there and then reset the voting? Because changing a photo mid-voting isn't really fair, because the previous votes were for the other pic. >

Oh hush, with 27 votes its not exactly high up there >

007 also changed, eric asked me to change it to his favorite pict of the car.. which to me looked almost the exact same. Except this one has a house in the background?
I'll say it again tho, in case anyone didn't hear me.
the winners of the voting- the 12 highest, probably won't be exactly like that in the calendar. (IE, someone will probably get screwed and someone might get lucky? I explained this before the voting started. We're trying to get a feel what you guys like, not set this in stone)
Why? for instance, lagos shot does look better hi res; and Consynx looks better color corrected- and coomer's looks great when it's at 300 DPI and takes up your 21 inch monitor (and mine just suck)
Say you vote in Doggy's picture (3rd to last)- there's a good chance that might change before production if he's good enough to get me a better picture. I still wish Tufy would have submitted more than one picture, because I don't find that pict of his to be the best; but it's the one he wanted in there.
or the red celica by the highway with the yellow plate on the back- it has a shadow of the photographer on the highway- removed it'd probably look good. But I wasn't going to spend half an hour removing that shadow.
As for linking high res- you're currently sitting probably 2 feet away from the monitor. Depending on your screen size, the image is larger or smaller. This is basically how the image is going to look when you see it from 8-10 feet away.
if it doesn't look good with 300 pixels wide; than chances are it'll look crummy when you're 9 feet away squinting at the calendar you hung up across the room.
the point I'm trying to make is we didn't have to have public voting like this, most forums that make car calendars don't- but we want to know what you guys like.
So, what I'm saying is that don't expect the final cal to look like this- and don't be sad, disappointed, or b*tchy >
