well just like the title says, my mechanic friend from back in highschool mentioned to me he talked/did some worked for a guy witha 7th gen running on a 3sgte engine. this is around northern NJ. this even a possible swap? or my buddy just pulling my leg? anyway im tryna find out who this dude is so i can maybe confirm this.

its has been done.. but its is harder to swap in because of the different series engine.
what part of N.Jersey? ... and is it a black celica with C/F wheels?

yah i think he mentioned something about it being black. yah it prolly is. anyway i hear its cruising around near woodbridge - i hear theres a celica team there with crazy mods. he might be a member. but i dunno if that teams still together.

Yea I know a guy with a 7th gen whos getting fed up with his 1zz-fe jumping timing teeth and eating oil!? He says he just bought a mr2 3sgte for like 3,000. Ill be sure to visit him when he gets it so I can make sure hes not talking out of his butt.
man, that 3s-gte sure does look like a tight fit in the 7th gen!

CLOSED on 25 acres!-shop coming soon....
he figured out how to run the piping without it going over the exhaust mani >tongue.gif>
damn he cramed so much**** in there its rediculous but a good job, id hate to run up on that celi 4 sure
3s in 7th gen is old new >tongue.gif>
if they ever made an 8th, it would be old new for that one as well...like 6months-1yr after it's release
He bought the 3s for 3k, and he's got about 10k of work left before it'll be finished. At least, thats how much i think the last one cost..
if you look that that motor closely, you can even tell that the whole intake manifold had to be modified (changed to a 5sfe one?) to make the motor fit. its a ton of custom work.

two BOV's?

2 Greddy type s BOV's will bleed the pressure off faster than 1 type R. Its just like a 10" sub hits faster than a 12". The size allows them to be faster reacting.

As Im typing this I fear the wrath of kwanza if I am wrong >rolleyes.gif> >biggrin.gif> >tongue.gif>

If I am due speek up dude. I like knowing the correct answer.
