Punch, go to the website discussion forum and run a search with the word "pictures". You will find lots of threads on this.

Did you try it from an image hosting services?
go to photobucket.com or some other image hosting site, then submit. then get the url to the image and place it in a [IMG] tag. it sould work for example

I use www.imagesgack.com , you dont have to sign in or sign up, just upload the pic and copy the URL.
Sometimes on this site you'll get the "USE POSTED IMAGE", I have no idea what that is but from what I can tell its nothing your doing.
