Huh? sounds like you did something wrong. I've had three different pioneer head units in mine and never had to cut anything. What was wrong with yours.

My pioneer head unit fits perfectly.

YoungSurvival.Org-Celica traded for.. 350z.. traded for Mazda5.. soccer mom!

mine fit perfect as well. I installed mine with the HU on the bottom and the pocket with the door on the top.

yea it took me 20 minutes give or take 5minutes.... the 20 minutes are everything from soldering the wires from the radio to the addapter....to taking every screw out untiring all the wires (i Have a lot over extra slack in wires .. i good 10 feet) taking the old head unit out.. puting the new one in and tiring up all the lose wires......

maybe since mine was the premeir line then the specs were a bit different.....i mean it wasnt anything drastic just a bit of dremel work to make it fit snug.... >confused.gif>

Never used a deck that I like more than this one. Thanks Coomer for the good deal on it. I couldn't be happier with it.
